About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager who will be responsible for maximising business from our DSA, NBFC, MFI, Fintech partner and partner network across the North India region. This is a highly relationship-driven, field-oriented role. You will work closely with partner teams, regularly visit partner branches and locations, build strong relationships with their sales teams, understand their business requirements, and drive the adoption and sale of aiqa products.

You will also be responsible for training and enabling partner teams on aiqa products, benefits and sales pitches so they can sell more effectively and generate higher business from their branches. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the ground, meeting people every day, building relationships and taking ownership of business numbers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Business Through Partner Locations ● Visit assigned DSA and partner locations daily. ● Identify opportunities to increase aiqa product sales from existing partners. ● Drive product adoption across partner sales teams. ● Ensure consistent business generation from assigned locations

Build Strong Partner Relationships ● Develop strong relationships with DSA owners, branch managers, sales managers and frontline teams. ● Become the primary on-ground point of contact for partner teams. ● Understand partner requirements and resolve day-to-day business issues. ● Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with partner teams.

Activate & Motivate Sales Teams ● Train partner sales teams on aiqa products, benefits, pricing and sales pitch. ● Conduct product refreshers and sales meetings. ● Help frontline teams understand how to pitch and sell aiqa effectively. ● Identify high-performing teams and replicate successful practices across locations.
2. Generate & Convert Business ● Drive leads, conversions and revenue through partner channels.



● Track daily/weekly sales performance. ● Identify gaps in partner performance and take corrective action. ● Work towards achieving monthly business targets.
3. Market & Competitor Intelligence ● Understand competitor products, pricing and sales practices. ● Gather feedback from partner teams and customers. ● Share market insights with the internal team to improve products, pricing and sales strategy.
4. Reporting & Coordination ● Maintain regular reporting of partner visits, leads, sales and conversions. ● Track performance partner-wise and location-wise. ● Coordinate with internal operations, product and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and servicing. What We Are Looking For ● 1–2 years of experience in Insurance Sales, BFSI, Partner Sales or Field Sales. ● Experience working with DSAs, financial institutions, NBFCs, MFIs or channel partners will be an advantage. ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills. ● Comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi NCR. ● Robust sales orientation with a track record of achieving targets. ● Ability to influence and motivate partner sales teams. ● Good follow-up and execution skills. ● Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM/reporting tools. ● Go-getter attitude with high ownership.

What Success Looks Like The person in this role will be successful when: Partner visits → Strong relationships → Active sales teams → More customer conversions → Consistent business growth The primary focus will be business generated through partner locations, not simply the number of visits made.
