Vijayshri Packaging is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and promoting our packaging solutions to a wide range of industries.

The Field Sales

Executive will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B sales accounts

- Conduct regular field visits to clients to develop strong relationships




- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Travel within designated territory to meet with clients and prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced environment
