Job Overview The Gut Vaidya is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell its products, generate new business, and build robust customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, an interest in health and wellness products, and the ability to convert customer enquiries into sales through effective follow-ups and product presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell The Gut Vaidya's products to prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other sales channels.
- Handle incoming enquiries and generate leads through various platforms.
- Explain product features, ingredients, usage instructions, and available product information to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on approved product information.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with interested customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, lead details, sales updates, and follow-ups in the CRM.




- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
- Identify opportunities for repeat purchases and customer referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in sales, marketing, nutrition, or healthcare is an advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, telesales, or business development preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, wellness, Ayurveda, healthcare, or nutrition products is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Good follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Ability to explain product information clearly and professionally.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
