Key Responsibilities

- Submit bills and required documents at client offices

- Onboard new vendors and complete necessary documentation

- Visit transport markets to identify potential vendors and business opportunities

- Collect vendor rates and RFQ (Request for Quotation) details

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors

- Conduct market surveys to analyze pricing and service availability

- Travel locally and outstation as required for business activities

- Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to the office team

Key Skills Required

- Strong communication and negotiation skills





- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors

- Positive understanding of local market dynamics

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

- Relationship-building and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel and work in field-based roles

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

- Prior experience in field sales, logistics, or vendor coordination is preferred

- Valid driving license is an added advantage
