Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, contact potential customers, schedule site surveys, and close solar installation deals. The candidate will work in the field, meet clients, explain solar solutions, and help customers transition to solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers for solar installations.
- Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Schedule and coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
- Meet customers in person to explain solar products and benefits.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain a record of leads, meetings, and sales activities.




- Build robust relationships with customers and provide after-sales support when required.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (solar or electrical industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
