Tropihill Pvt Ltd is hiring a Field Sales Executive to grow B2B coffee sales across Bengaluru. You will visit cafés, hotels, restaurants, offices and other business buyers, introduce Tropihill coffee, arrange samples and tastings, and develop repeat customer accounts.

Work location: In person, with regular field visits across Bengaluru

Pay: ₹20,000–₹25,000 fixed per month, plus performance-based incentives

Responsibilities

- Identify and visit prospective café, HoReCa and office customers.
- Meet owners, café managers, head baristas, purchasing teams and food and beverage managers.
- Present Tropihill coffee, understand buyer requirements and coordinate samples or tastings.
- Follow up on quotations and trial orders, convert leads into paid accounts, and grow repeat monthly sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate product feedback with the coffee quality team.
- Record visits, lead status, follow-up actions, orders and coffee sales volume accurately.

Requirements
- Field sales,



B2B sales or business development experience; 1–3 years preferred.
- Confidence approaching current customers and following up consistently after meetings.
- Ability to travel locally for regular customer visits across Bengaluru.
- Clear communication, negotiation and basic sales reporting skills.

Preferred experience Coffee sales, café supplies, beverages, food service, HoReCa or corporate B2B sales. Strong field sellers from related sectors are also welcome.

Compensation

Fixed salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on relevant experience, plus performance-based incentives. Incentive eligibility and payouts will follow Tropihill’s written incentive plan.
