Responsibilities

 Drive sales of Dharaksha’s premium sustainable packaging solutions to high-value clients across artifacts,

mirrors, marble, furniture, gifting, and lifestyle brands.

 Build and expand Dharaksha’s presence in the Indian décor and interior industry, leveraging existing networks.

 Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium décor clients.

 Position Dharaksha’s material innovations as premium and sustainable alternatives within the packaging and décor space.

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

 Actively contribute to business development for the luxury décor vertical (Ekrish), driving collaborations and partnerships.

 Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform sales strategies.

 Represent Dharaksha at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.

Requirements

 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development within the décor, interior, luxury materials,



or premium packaging industries.

 Proven track record of driving high-value sales and achieving revenue targets.

 Established network in the Indian décor and interiors ecosystem.

 Strong sales and business development acumen, with a strategic mindset.

 Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships with premium brands.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in engaging CXOs, architects, and designers.

 High comfort in consultative selling and positioning innovative, sustainable materials as luxury alternatives.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a scaling, fast-paced environment.

 Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
