We are looking for a Field Operations Supervisor – Gujarat to manage the day-to-day field operations of our road sweeping machines deployed at customer sites across Gujarat. The role is responsible for ensuring that machines remain operational, operators are available, site compliance requirements are completed, breakdowns are coordinated with the Head Office/service team, and billing documentation is submitted accurately and on time. This is a field operations role and does not involve sales or business development.

1. Machine Availability & Breakdown Management

- Monitor the daily operational status and working hours of deployed sweeping machines.




- Ensure maximum sweeping machine availability and minimize avoidable downtime.
- Report breakdowns promptly and coordinate with the Head Office/service team until the machine is restored.
- Monitor recurring breakdowns and escalate critical issues.

2. Site Compliance & Customer Coordination

- Ensure completion of customer/site documentation, permits, safety requirements and other compliance formalities before deployment of machine and after completion of project.
- Maintain validity of required machine and operator documents.
- Coordinate with customer/site representatives regarding operational requirements and issues.
- Ensure site-related issues are identified and resolved promptly.

3. Operator & Site Operations

- Coordinate hiring, deployment and replacement of sweeping machine operators as required.
- Monitor operator attendance, availability, discipline and performance.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of machines at customer sites.
- Coordinate operator-related requirements with Head Office (in Nadiad).

4. Billing & Documentation

- Ensure timely completion and verification of log sheets, working-hour records, attendance and other billing-support documents.
- Upload and submit bills/invoices through customer portals wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with customers and the Accounts team for billing discrepancies, approvals and pending documentation.




- Ensure billing submissions are accurate and completed within the required timelines.

5. Field Visits, Reporting & Coordination

- Regularly visit customer sites across Gujarat based on operational requirements.
- Monitor machine condition, operator availability, productivity and site issues.
- Maintain accurate site-wise operational records and provide regular reports to Head Office.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, operators, service teams and internal departments.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in field operations, equipment rental, fleet operations, industrial equipment, facility services or a similar field-based role.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics or a related discipline preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of machinery and troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email and documentation.
- Ability to independently manage multiple customer sites.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Experience in handling operators, customer sites and industrial equipment will be an advantage.

This is an operations and field-management position. There is no sales or business-development target.

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of deployed road sweeping machines and ensure smooth coordination between customer sites and Head Office.
