Role Description The Field Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchgani, responsible for supporting the academy’s outreach, admissions, and student relationship activities. The role involves visiting schools and local communities to promote Sir Einstein Academy’s programs, conducting information sessions, and maintaining professional relationships with teachers, parents, and prospective students.

The Field

Executive will coordinate leads, follow up on inquiries, assist families through the admission process, and help organize seminars,



events, and counseling sessions. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, preparing basic reports, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication. The role requires consistent on-ground presence, adherence to ethical practices, and alignment with the academy’s student-centric values.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain academic programs clearly to students and parents.
- Basic sales, outreach, or field marketing skills, with the ability to generate leads and follow up systematically.
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan school visits, events, and daily schedules efficiently.
- Proficiency in using phones, email, and common digital tools (spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking software) for reporting and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Panchgani, travel locally as needed, and maintain a professional, student-focused attitude.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in education counseling, admissions, or field work is an advantage.

- Comfort with working in a structured, discipline-oriented academic environment and collaborating with teaching and administrative staff.
- Knowledge of competitive examinations (JEE, NEET, MHT-CET) and Maharashtra State Board curriculum is a plus.
