Key Responsibilities

- Hardware Deployment: Perform hands-on configuration, installation, and deployment of Nokia and Cisco networking devices, with a strong preference for the Nokia 7250 series, 7210-SAS, and DWDM 1830 PSS-8.

- Good Knowledge about Fibre and pluggable modules (10G/100G SFPs, QSFPs optical / electrical).

- Network Integration: Conduct integration and acceptance testing (AT) in alignment with customer specifications.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with NOC resources to successfully deploy new routers, switches, and DWDM equipment.

- Incident & Escalation Management: Coordinate with L2 technical support teams to resolve and escalate critical, high-impact network issues efficiently.

- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary in office technical point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and reporting with end customers.

- Field Operations: Execute on-site troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, and maintenance routines. Willingness to travel extensively based on site requirements is essential.

- Reporting : Daily plan and progress report to share with team.
