Role Description The Field Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Patna.

The Field

Associate will support day-to-day field operations, including site visits, data collection, and coordination with local teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring ongoing activities, documenting progress, reporting issues, and assisting in implementing operational guidelines and safety standards. The role also involves liaising with supervisors, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication between the field and office.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct fieldwork, including site inspections, data gathering, and basic documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Organizational skills for maintaining records, preparing simple reports, and following operational procedures.
- Basic understanding of industrial or construction environments; prior experience in mining, metals, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort with using mobile and computer-based tools for reporting, email, and documentation.
- Commitment to safety practices, attention to detail, and willingness to learn on the job.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, travel locally as needed, and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a technical certificate or relevant vocational training is preferred.
