About the Role

Smart Packaging Systems is looking for a Female Field Marketing Representative who is confident, presentable, and proactive in meeting customers and developing recent business opportunities.

The primary responsibility of this role will be Field Marketing, Customer Visits, Lead Generation and Sales Support. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with our regular clients and following up for pending payments wherever required.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Business Development – Primary Responsibility

- Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to promote Smart Packaging Systems' products and solutions.
- Identify new customers, markets and business opportunities in and around Indore.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, market visits and customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable products/machines accordingly.
- Meet potential customers and introduce the company's products and services professionally.
- Study competitor activities, pricing, products and market presence and share useful market information with management.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to identify repeat orders and new requirements.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team for quotations, enquiries and order conversion.
- Collect customer feedback and share market/customer insights with the management.
- Help strengthen the company's presence in the local market and build long-term customer relationships.

Payment Follow-Up – Secondary Responsibility
- Follow up with regular/local customers regarding pending payments.




- Coordinate with customers for payment commitments and due dates.
- Where required, collect payments through Cheque/Cash/NEFT, as per company process.
- Maintain proper records of payment follow-ups and update the concerned team.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment confirmation and reconciliation.

Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate preferred/required for this field role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Presentable, professional and polite personality.
- Robust interest in Marketing, Sales and Business Development.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp/Email will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, business development or customer relationship management will be preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

Important Note Marketing and Business Development will be the primary focus of this position. Payment follow-up/collection will be an additional responsibility and should not be treated as the candidate's main role.
