Purpose of Job

- Representing the organization and its business in Urban areas and developing business in the assigned areavis-à-vis customers and the local community.
- Identify potential area & customers,



conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group).
- Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization
- Prepare weekly plan for disbursement& Collection and submit the report it to the BM.
- Give proper orientation about loan tenure, fees, interest rate, instalments, collection rules etc of the organisation to each member at the time of disbursement.
- Follow recovery policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition.
- Maintaining the files, documents, and MIS on a regular basis.

- Good Convincing skills.
- Must have own two-wheeler.
- Must have a Valid Driving license.
