Purpose of Job

· Representing the organization and its business in Urban areas and developing business in the assigned areavis-à-vis customers and the local community.

· Identify potential area & customers,



conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group).

· Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization.

· Prepare weekly plan for disbursement& Collection and submit the report it to the BM.

· Give proper orientation about loan tenure, fees, interest rate, instalments, collection rules etc of the organisation to each member at the time of disbursement.

· Follow recovery policies and procedures.

· Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition.

· Maintaining the files, documents, and MIS on a regular basis.

· Must have worked in Urban Locations

· Job requires extensively traveling.

· Good interpersonal skills

· Valuable Convincing skills.

· Must have own two-wheeler.

· Must have a Valid Driving license.
