Key Responsibilities

- Authentic Hospitality: Provide traditional, warm, and personalized CGH Earth guest service from the moment patrons enter the dining venue.

- Menu &
- Local Expertise:

Present menus and explain dishes clearly, with a solid focus on local Kerala culinary traditions and specialty seafood.

- Order &

- Service Execution:

Take accurate food and beverage orders, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure prompt delivery while maintaining proper temperature and presentation.

- Guest Relations: Adopt an empathetic, solution-oriented approach to handle feedback, special requests, and guest queries.





- POS &

- Billing:

Process guest transactions, billing, and settlements accurately and securely using the property’s Point of Sale (POS) system.

- Station Maintenance: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup in adherence to food safety norms before, during, and after service hours.

- Senior Associate Additions: For senior roles, guide, mentor, and support junior team members to maintain consistent service standards across shifts.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service or guest-facing hotel roles (ideally within eco-resorts or 5-star/boutique hospitality).

- Skills: Robust communication, interpersonal, and multitasking capabilities, coupled with a passion for food and local culture.

- Conduct: Exceptional personal grooming, professional code of conduct, and a service-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
