- Coordinate directly with hospital clinical dietitians to ensure patients receive accurate therapeutic diets tailored to their medical recovery plans.
- Supervise the timing, distribution, and temperature control of patient meals at the ward level according to strict standard operating procedures.
- Track and audit specific medical nutrition requests.
- Oversee and sign off on daily sales summaries.
- Maintain absolute hygiene and sanitation protocols across the main kitchen, floor pantries.
- Perform weekly and monthly checks to monitor equipment upkeep, manage par stocks, track breakages, and oversee vendor distribution.
- Conduct regular training programs covering safe food handling, grooming standards, and empathetic patient-facing interactions.
- Manage duty rosters, timesheets, and punctuality for waitstaff, kitchen assistants, and external vendor teams.
- Supervise the service, food quality, and presentation within public-facing hospital cafeterias and staff dining areas.
- Collect and analyze routine patient satisfaction data regarding food quality, taste, and presentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
