We are looking for a proactive and well-organised PR Executive to handle day-to-day PR execution, celebrity styling coordination and client servicing for fashion, luxury, lifestyle and celebrity clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute PR activities and campaigns for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with fashion editors, journalists, influencers, stylists, celebrities and media contacts .
- Handle media pitching, follow-ups and coverage opportunities.
- Assist in preparing press releases, media pitches, brand notes and PR communication .
- Coordinate celebrity styling, product placements, shoots, events and brand collaborations.
- Manage influencer and celebrity outreach and coordination.
- Coordinate product/sample dispatches, tracking, collection and returns .
- Assist in events, launches, shoots, fittings, media previews and brand activations.
- Maintain media databases, PR trackers, coverage reports and client updates .
- Research relevant media, influencers, celebrities and new PR opportunities.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Handle multiple accounts, follow-ups and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attend client meetings, shoots, events and activations as required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant PR experience , preferably in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, celebrity or entertainment PR.
- Good understanding of PR execution and media relations .
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Interest and awareness of fashion, luxury, celebrity and lifestyle trends.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, presentable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site PR setting .

Preferred Experience with a PR agency, fashion/lifestyle brand, celebrity styling agency or luxury brand will be preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
