Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Researching trends in Indian accessories, traditional crafts, materials, and design inspirations.

- Conceptualizing and sketching original accessory designs with intricate detailing.

- Creating mood boards, color stories, and product concepts.

- Assisting in developing current collections for accessories (not apparel).

- Coordinating with artisans, vendors, and manufacturers for sampling and product development.

- Visiting markets and suppliers to source materials, trims, embellishments, and components.

- Reviewing samples and suggesting design improvements.

- Maintaining design documentation, product specifications, and development trackers.

- Supporting merchandising activities including collection planning and product organization.

- Keeping up with consumer trends, competitor research, and market insights.

- Assisting in photoshoots, launches, and other creative projects whenever required.

Requirements:

- Strong interest in Indian accessories, craftsmanship, and product design.

- Excellent sketching and visualization skills.

- Creative eye for intricate details,



textures, colors, and materials.

- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software is a plus.

- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Comfortable with field visits, market research, and vendor coordination.

- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats.

- End-to-end exposure to designing and developing Indian accessories.

- Hands-on experience in product design, sampling, sourcing, and merchandising.
