- Store Operations &
- Management:

Overseeing daily opening/closing procedures, cash register reconciliation, maintaining store security, and ensuring compliance with retail policies and safety standards.

- Sales &

- Revenue Targets:

Driving revenue to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average transaction value and conversion rates.

- Inventory &

- Stock Control:

Managing stock intake, periodic audit checks, cycle counts, minimizing shrinkage/loss, and coordinating seasonal restocking or return of unsold items to central warehouses.

- Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the floor display, mannequin styling, rack organization, and promotional signage align with brand visual standards and seasonal campaigns.

- Team Leadership &

- Customer Service:

Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising sales associates. Handling escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
