The ideal candidate must meet at least one of the following academic qualifications:

1. PhD from a NIRF Top 40 Institution (either in the university or management category).
2. PhD from any of the IIMs or one of the Top 20 Business Schools in India.
3. MBA from any of the Top 20 Business Schools in India.
4. PhD from a Top Foreign University.
