About the Role

NAL Academy is looking to engage experienced Assignment-Based Faculty across India to deliver high-quality learning and training programmes in Financial Markets and Financial Technology. We are looking for professionals who bring a strong combination of industry expertise, academic knowledge and practical experience in their respective domains.

Areas of Expertise

We are looking for faculty with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Financial Markets & Capital Markets
- Financial Technology (FinTech)
- Blockchain
- Payment Technology
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Financial Analytics
- Internal Audit
- Risk Management
- Other emerging areas within Financial Markets and Financial Technology

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and high-quality classroom/online learning sessions.
- Translate industry concepts and developments into practical, learner-friendly content.
- Facilitate discussions, case studies, activities and practical applications where relevant.
- Contribute to skilled and industry-oriented learning programmes.
- Stay updated on developments, trends and regulatory changes relevant to the subject area.




- Work with the NAL Academy team to align sessions with programme objectives and learner requirements.
- Travel across India for classroom and onsite training assignments, as required.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant professional and/or academic experience in the respective domain.
- Strong subject-matter expertise with practical industry exposure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage learners and simplify complex concepts.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitation or qualified education will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India for training assignments.

Engagement Type

Assignment-based. The engagement will be based on programme requirements and faculty expertise.
