Key Responsibilities

- Teach subjects related to Hospital and Healthcare Management, such as:
- Principles of Hospital Administration
- Healthcare Operations & Quality Management
- Health Economics
- Hospital Planning & Support Services
- Medical Records Management
- Conduct lectures, case studies, presentations, and practical training.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
- Mentor students on academic projects and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic committees.
- Support institutional accreditation and quality assurance processes.





Educational Qualification:

- MBA / MHA / MPH or Master’s in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management
- Ph.D. preferred for senior roles

Experience:

- Teaching or industry experience in hospital management preferred
- Freshers may apply depending on institutional requirements
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to bridge academic concepts with real-world healthcare practices.
