About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Factory Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day factory activities and ensure smooth communication between the factory, management, production, stores, purchase, dispatch, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day factory activities.
- Maintain proper coordination between production, stores, purchase, dispatch, quality, maintenance, and management.
- Follow up on production plans, material availability, and pending requirements.
- Maintain and update factory-related records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding raw materials, finished goods, stock, and dispatch schedules.
- Track production-related requirements and communicate delays or issues to the concerned HOD.
- Prepare daily/weekly factory reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams when required.
- Monitor attendance and manpower-related information and coordinate with HR for any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely communication of instructions from management to the concerned factory teams.
- Follow up on pending maintenance,



material, operational, and administrative requirements.
- Assist management in maintaining smooth and efficient factory operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of required reports.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Should be proactive, disciplined, and responsible.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing/factory operations will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in Factory Coordination, Operations Coordination, Production Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at a factory/plant location.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati will be preferred.
