- Teach MHT-CET-focused concepts for XI–XII Science students.
- Conduct regular lectures, practice sessions, doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.
- Prepare students according to the MHT-CET syllabus, exam pattern and marking scheme.
- Focus on conceptual clarity, MCQ-solving techniques, speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and conduct topic-wise tests, mock tests and assessments.
- Analyse student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
- Prepare worksheets, question banks and practice material.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding lesson plans, tests and student progress.
Required Experience & Skills
- Relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the respective subject.
- 4–5+ years of MHT-CET teaching experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the MHT-CET syllabus and question pattern.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach concepts clearly and develop students' problem-solving speed.
- Student-focused and result-oriented approach.
