Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Biology.
- Teach XI–XII Science students and prepare them for JEE, NEET examinations.
- Explain concepts clearly with a focus on fundamentals, problem-solving and application-based learning.
- Prepare and conduct lectures, practice sessions, tests and doubt-solving sessions.
- Prepare students according to the latest syllabus, exam pattern and academic requirements.
- Evaluate student performance through regular tests and assessments.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding lesson planning, student progress and test performance.
- Prepare/modify study material, worksheets, question papers and revision plans when required.




- Provide regular feedback regarding student performance and improvement areas.
- Participate in academic meetings, seminars, parent interactions and other institute activities when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Relevant teaching experience in XI–XII / JEE / NEET coaching preferred.
- Solid subject knowledge and excellent conceptual clarity.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively.
- 4-5+ years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
