Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Aryan Doors is looking for an experienced, hands-on and result-oriented Factory Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations and performance of our manufacturing facility at Dodballapur.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the wood manufacturing industry, excellent leadership and people-management skills, and the ability to independently manage production, manpower, quality, productivity and factory operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations and functioning of the factory.

Plan, manage and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and dispatches.

Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, skilled and unskilled workers and other factory personnel.

Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machinery, materials and production capacity.

Monitor production targets, productivity, efficiency and wastage.

Maintain and continuously improve product quality and manufacturing standards.

Ensure products are manufactured strictly as per approved designs, specifications and quality requirements.

Coordinate closely with Management, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.

Monitor raw-material requirements and coordinate with Stores/Purchase to avoid production interruptions.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement timely corrective measures.

Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of machinery, equipment and factory infrastructure.

Maintain high standards of factory discipline, safety, housekeeping and workplace organisation.

Recruit, train, motivate and develop the factory workforce wherever required.

Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations for supervisors and team members.





Monitor attendance, manpower productivity and overall workforce discipline.

Prepare regular reports for Management covering production, manpower, quality, wastage, efficiency and operational performance.

Drive continuous improvement in production processes, productivity and cost efficiency.

Take ownership of resolving day-to-day operational and manpower issues.

Ensure compliance with applicable factory, labour, safety and statutory requirements.

Work closely with Management to achieve the factory’s production, quality, cost and delivery objectives.

CANDIDATE PREREQUISITES The candidate must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the wood manufacturing industry.
- Specific experience in wooden door manufacturing will be an added advantage and will be preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing environments involving woodworking machinery, production processes, finishing and assembly will be advantageous.
- Must be willing to work at our Dodballapur factory.
- Candidates currently residing in Dodballapur or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Candidates residing elsewhere must be willing to relocate to the Dodballapur vicinity.
- Solid leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a factory workforce effectively.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate large production teams.
- Strong team-player attitude and ability to coordinate effectively with Management and other departments.
- Should be hands-on, disciplined, proactive and result-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines and take ownership of operational challenges.
- Should have a strong understanding of quality control, productivity, wastage and cost management.
