Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Compliance Manager to lead the factory compliance function and ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, customer, and corporate compliance requirements. The role will be responsible for managing legal compliance, environmental, health & safety, factory certifications, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and business sustainability.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory regulations, environmental regulations, occupational health & safety requirements, and other statutory obligations.
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses, permits, approvals, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
- Ensure timely renewal of all statutory licenses and certifications.
Audit Management:
- Plan and lead internal compliance audits across all factory functions.
- Coordinate customer, certification, third-party, and government audits.
- Prepare audit documentation, evidence, and compliance reports.
- Promote a safe working workplace through inspections, awareness campaigns, and preventive measures.
- Support emergency preparedness and incident investigations.
- Maintained Register & Records under various Acts
- Support to the client for tool compliance.
- Followup for any statutory payment with the client and internal team (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc)
- Coordination with the Client and our internal team for handling inspections or notices issued by any department till closer of notice.
- Respond to the Clients grievance mail/query.
- Experience of managing PAN India Offices
