We are looking for a Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day office facilities and ensure a smooth workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage housekeeping, pantry, security, maintenance, and office upkeep.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Act as the single point of contact for facility-related issues and escalations.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Manage facility supplies, inventory, and basic administrative requirements.
Support office events and other facility-related activities.
What We’re Looking For 1–10 years of experience in facilities/administration/office management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid ownership and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage escalations independently.
