Role Description The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of the manufacturing facility in Gadwal. This full-time on-site role includes managing utilities and infrastructure, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

The Facilities

Manager will monitor equipment performance, supervise facility-related contractors and service providers, and maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections. The role also involves planning facility upgrades, optimizing resource usage, and collaborating with production and quality teams to support uninterrupted and effective operations.

Qualifications





- Strong facilities management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in process or chemical-related industries.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices, including coordination with maintenance teams and external vendors.
- Understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to industrial facilities.
- Ability to manage utilities and infrastructure systems (e.g., power, water, effluent treatment, HVAC, and other plant support services).
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and facility management tools for reporting, documentation, and monitoring.
- Effective communication, coordination, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) is preferred; significant practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Experience working in a sustainability-focused or zero discharge facility is an advantage.
