Job Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day sheet metal fabrication and production activities.

Handle fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, drilling, grinding and assembly.

Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and customer requirements.

Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and fabrication specifications.

Monitor fabrication quality and ensure components are manufactured as per drawings.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Maintenance teams.





Monitor material availability and minimize material wastage.

Check welding quality, dimensions, fit-up and final assembly.

Identify production issues, bottlenecks and take corrective action.

Supervise and guide welders, fabricators and helpers on the shop floor.

Maintain daily production and manpower reports.

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of fabrication tools and equipment.

Follow 5S, safety procedures and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
