Job Title – F&A; T&E; Coordinator

About The Role The Travel & Expense (T&E;) Associate is responsible for processing and auditing employee travel and expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires close collaboration with employees, managers, travel vendors, and finance teams to ensure timely reimbursement and accurate expense reporting.

What You’ll Do

- Travel & Expense Management

- Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Verify supporting documentation, receipts, and approvals for submitted expenses.

- Ensure expense claims comply with corporate travel policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.

- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, policy violations, and duplicate claims.

- Process employee reimbursements within established service level agreements (SLAs).

- Employee Support

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee travel and expense-related inquiries.

- Provide guidance on expense submission procedures, reimbursement policies, and travel guidelines.





- Assist employees with troubleshooting issues related to the expense management system.

- Compliance & Controls

- Monitor adherence to travel and expense policies and escalate non-compliance issues when necessary.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document retention.

What You'll Need

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.

- Familiarity with expense management systems such as Concur, Peoplesoft, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of expense reimbursement policies and financial controls.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Process improvement mindset.

- Solid organizational and time management skills.

- Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
