We believe our people are our most important asset, offering a dynamic and international working workplace with continuous development opportunities. Due to our expansion in India, we are looking to reinforce our Sales team by incorporating an Export Sales Assistant based in Mumbai.

Your Role

- Support the Sales team with daily commercial and operational activities related to international customers
- Follow up on export orders and keep customers informed about order status and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, purchasing, finance, warehouse, etc.) to ensure the timely execution of export orders
- Coordinate export shipments with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, COAs, certificates of origin, shipping documents, and other relevant documentation
- Ensure that export documentation is accurate and available according to customer and destination-country requirements
- Follow up on shipments and provide customers with relevant shipping and delivery information
- Manage customer requests related to samples,



product information, documentation, and export requirements
- Support new customer onboarding and account setup
- Maintain and update customer and order information in ERP systems
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely and professional responses
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking commercial and export activity
- Support the resolution of customer complaints in coordination with the Sales team and other relevant departments
- Coordinate with the Ventós headquarters and other subsidiaries when required to ensure smooth international operations

Your Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, export coordination, or commercial operations
- Experience in preparing export documentation and coordinating international shipments
- Experience in the chemical industry, flavors & fragrances, or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
