EXPORT EXECUTIVE Mehsana, Gujarat | Full time | 2–5 Years Experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Export Executive to manage international business development, customer communication, export documentation and shipment coordination for chemical products. The role combines export sales with end-to-end coordination from international lead generation to order dispatch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate new international leads and develop overseas customers/importers/distributors. Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations, commercial offers and follow-ups. Handle international client communication, negotiation and order conversion. Coordinate export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L and related shipping documents. Work with FOB, CIF, L/C and T/T payment/shipping terms as applicable. Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders/CHA and internal teams for shipment execution and status updates. Maintain export sales, customer, quotation and order records using MS Office/Excel. Build long-term relationships with international customers and support repeat business. PRODUCT PORTFOLIO Industrial Chemicals: Caustic Soda Flakes, Sodium Sulphate, Sodium Hypochlorite, Zinc Sulphate,



Dicalcium Phosphate, Silica Gel, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ferrous Sulphate, Ammonia Alum, Sodium Metasilicate, Calcium Chloride and Stable Bleaching Powder. Industrial Acids: Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, 70% Sulphuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Acetic Acid and 98% Sulphuric Acid. Crude Glycerine: Industrial Crude Glycerine. REQUIRED PROFILE Education Graduate; B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred Experience 2–5 years in Chemical Export / International Sales Export Knowledge Documentation, Shipping, FOB, CIF, L/C, T/T, B/L, Invoice & Packing List Communication Good English communication and international client-handling skills Computer Skills MS Office & Excel Sales Skills International lead generation, customer development and follow-up Industry Chemical industry experience preferred WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead Generation → Customer Requirement → Quotation → Negotiation → Order Confirmation → Export Documentation → Shipment Coordination → Customer Follow-up → Repeat Business

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
