About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Export, International Business & Procurement Manager to independently manage international sales, export operations, raw-material procurement, logistics, supplier management and commercial activities.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience across the complete commercial cycle:

International Customer → Order & Costing → Procurement → Production Coordination → Logistics → Export → Payment Collection → Profitability

This is a senior role requiring strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and the ability to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities - International Business & Export

· Manage existing international customers and develop new overseas business.

· Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders and contracts.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and Incoterms.

· Evaluate export order profitability and commercial risks.

· Independently manage the complete export cycle through payment realization.

Export Operations & Compliance

· Coordinate production, packing, dispatch, freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs brokers and ports.

· Manage FCL/LCL/bulk shipments, vessel/container bookings and shipment schedules.

· Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, B/L, COO, insurance and inspection documents.

· Practical knowledge of DGFT, IEC, ICEGATE, GST exports, FEMA, RBI, e-BRC, EDPMS, RoDTEP, Duty Drawback and HS/ITC-HS classification.

· Ensure compliance with applicable Indian export regulations.

Procurement & Supply Chain

· Identify, develop and manage raw-material suppliers.

· Obtain quotations, benchmark prices and negotiate pricing, payment terms and credit periods.

· Plan purchases based on production and export requirements.

· Monitor supplier quality, delivery,



inventory and performance.

· Develop alternative suppliers and control procurement costs.

· Coordinate raw-material availability with production and warehouse teams.

Logistics & Commercial Management

· Negotiate freight and logistics costs.

· Manage transporters, freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers and shipping lines.

· Monitor demurrage, detention and other logistics costs.

· Understand EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP and DDP.

· Strong understanding of TT, LC, DP, DA, Open Account and export payment/collection procedures.

· Analyze product cost, raw-material cost, freight, finance cost, margins and overall export profitability.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare regular reports covering

· Export orders and shipments

· Sales and pending orders

· Raw-material purchases and inventory

· Supplier/customer outstanding

· Freight and logistics costs

· Export profitability and margin per tonne

· Production requirements and shipment status

· Market and raw-material price movements

Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge is essential.

Required Experience & Skills

· 7+ years of relevant experience in exports, international business and/or procurement.

· Strong practical experience in export operations + international sales + raw-material procurement + supply chain.

· Experience handling international customers and suppliers.

· Strong knowledge of Indian export procedures, customs and shipping.

· Practical DGFT and ICEGATE experience.

· Strong understanding of Incoterms and international payment terms.

· Strong negotiation, costing and commercial decision-making skills.

· Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.

· Excellent English communication skills.

· Ability to work independently, solve problems and take ownership.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
