The Opportunity

This position combines Export Logistics + Trade Compliance.

Initially, one strong professional will take ownership of both functions.

The role begins at Executive level, but the expectation is that the selected person will develop toward Manager-level functional ownership as HALBEX grows.

This is a Founding Team opportunity for someone who wants to build systems, SOPs, vendor networks and operational teams rather than simply process individual shipments.

Educational Requirement

MBA or MBA in Logistics is required.

Candidates should also have

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Experience in export logistics, international trade, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, trade compliance or related areas will be highly relevant.

From Day 1, the expectation is complete functional ownership, not gradual responsibility.

You will be expected to build:

Department continuity processes The goal is to create a department that can operate professionally and continue to function as the organization grows.

HALBEX plans to expand its operations across different Indian states and develop dedicated departments and operational teams.

An early Founding Team member may eventually have the opportunity to grow into roles such as:

Depending on demonstrated capability and business requirements, future responsibilities may include:

Managing state-level operations

Founding Team Opportunity

Selected early professionals may be considered for the HALBEX Founding Team.

Subject to the applicable policy, individual agreement, eligibility requirements, accounting determination and corporate approvals:

Eligible Founding Team members may qualify for participation of up to 1% of Eligible Distributable Profit.

This is not company equity, and it is not a guaranteed payment.

₹100 crore ₹1 crore

If HALBEX reaches ₹100 crore of Eligible Distributable Profit in a qualifying year, and an eligible participant qualifies for the full 1% participation,



the corresponding participation would be ₹1 crore.

This is an illustration of the participation formula, not a forecast or guarantee.

The Founding Team framework has a five-year qualifying period based on sustained performance, functional ownership, leadership, continuity, team development and good standing.

Compensation

Starting Salary: ₹30,000/month The initial salary reflects HALBEX's current pre-commercial stage.

Proposed progression

Year 1 — ₹30,000/month

Year 2 — ₹33,000/month

Year 3 — ₹36,300/month

Year 4 — ₹39,930/month

Year 5 — ₹43,923/month The proposed progression is subject to employment terms, performance and company policy.
