DESIGNATION: EXPORT DOCUMENTATION – EXECUTIVE

Qualification: B.Com / Graduate in Commerce or relevant field

Reporting To: Financial Controller

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Export Documentation Executive to take ownership of export documentation and coordinate effectively with buyers, banks, suppliers, factories, forwarders and destination agents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· End-to-end export shipping documentation and BL coordination

· LC tracking, review, amendments & compliance

· Coordination with Shanghai office, suppliers, factories & forwarders

· Shipment tracking and timely buyer communication

· Handling OBL, Telex Release, BG / LOI and B2B documentation

· Coordination for DO, cargo clearance and shipment-related issues

· Timely bank presentation of export documents

· CargoX documentation and submission

· Ensuring accuracy, timely documentation and minimum discrepancies

ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE

· B.Com / Graduate in Commerce or relevant field

· 2–5 years’ relevant experience in EXIM / Export Documentation





· Good knowledge of LC & shipping documentation

· Experience in textile/apparel exports or trading companies will be an advantage

KEY SKILLS

· Strong follow-up and coordination

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good communication and Excel skills

· Planning & organizing

· Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines

JOINING: Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates currently serving notice or with a notice period of up to 1 month may also apply.

WORKING DAYS: 5 days a week

CTC: 4.5 – 5 LPA + Mediclaim + Personal Accident Insurance + Bonus
