We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Export Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international exports, including comprehensive knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms. The role requires proficiency in navigating various shipping line portals for booking and follow-up purposes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position. The candidate must be ready to work a fixed night shift from 7 pm to 4 am.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee international export operations.
- Prepare and handle all necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Utilize Incoterms knowledge to determine the responsibilities and risks of buyers and sellers in international trade.
- Navigate different shipping line portals efficiently to book shipments and follow up on their status.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and shipping lines to coordinate and ensure timely shipments.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the international exports field.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in navigating shipping line portals for booking and follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a fixed night shift from 7 pm to 4 am.
