– Expert Atlassian Jira & Confluence Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced JIRA and Confluence Administrator to support and enhance the Group Agile Project Management platform used by more than 20,000 users. The role involves platform administration, project migrations, user support, and continuous improvement of Agile tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

. Administer and support JIRA Datacenter and Confluence platforms.

. Provide Level 3 support for complex technical and functional issues.

. Support migration of projects from legacy JIRA instances to JIRA4ALL.

. Maintain and improve JIRA templates, workflows, and Agile governance.

. Analyze business requirements and propose optimal JIRA solutions.

. Optimize platform performance, stability, and operational costs.

. Plan and execute migrations from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud and/or Azure DevOps while ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

Required Skills

. Experience leading large scale migrations across Jira Server, Data Center, and Cloud environments.

. Strong experience in Confluence administration.

. Expertise in JIRA plugins: CMJ (Configuration Manager for JIRA) XRAY / Zephyr Structure

. Advanced JQL (JIRA Query Language) knowledge.

. Good knowledge of Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

. Experience migrating projects across JIRA Server, Datacenter, and Cloud environments.

Experience

. 5 8 years of JIRA administration experience in large enterprise environments.

. Experience supporting large scale JIRA installations with 15,000+ users.

. Experience with Confluence environments supporting 2,000+ users.

. Proven track record in JIRA standardization and project migrations.
