we are looking for technically skilled candidates with 2 years of experience in SQL and excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position.

The Technical

Support team member will troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose and repair faults, provide timely customer feedback, and support the rollout of new applications, among other duties. Candidates should have prior experience in technical support or a similar role, hands-on experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software, strong attention to detail, and positive problem-solving skills.

Skill Set required:-MSSQL, IIS, Cloud Computing, ETL (advantage)
