Job Summary

We are looking for International Voice Process Executives to join our organization. The role involves handling international voice interactions, understanding customer queries, providing appropriate assistance, and maintaining professional communication throughout the interaction.

Job Details:

Qualification: Dip. / Graduates / Post Graduates

Experience: 0 to 4 Years | Freshers are welcome

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full time | Permanent Job

Working Days: Monday to Friday | Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: ₹ 3.5 - 5 LPA, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with international customers
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance
- Verify and update information accurately when required




- Resolve customer queries in accordance with process guidelines
- Maintain a high standard of communication and customer service
- Follow company processes, quality standards and performance requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Good listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with international customers
- Freshers with Good communication skills can also apply
