We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talent to meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, an in-depth understanding of the hiring process, and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive effective recruitment plan to identify talent for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create job descriptions, post job openings on various channels, e.g. job boards, Consultant, Employee referral and social media platform.
- Source candidates through organic channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates fitment.
- Administer interview process, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to job offer.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding job status, feedback, and next steps.
- Work closely with BHR to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.




- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Maintain candidate's tracker and hiring dashboard
- Promote the companys brand and values during the hiring process to attract top talent.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

- Graduate or MBA in HR or related degree (Any HR certification/courses would be preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment metrics and best practices.
- Proficient with ATS/HRMS and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, market intelligence and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid exposure in hiring with in TAT and across vertical in non-IT roles, e.g. Sales, Credit, Collections, operations etc.
