Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring activities for IT and Non-IT positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.

- Conduct initial screening calls and share relevant profiles with clients/hiring managers.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.





- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.

- Ensure regular follow-ups and timely closure of open positions.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

- Meet individual recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

- Positive understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.

- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.

- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.

- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
