- CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action)

- Change Control (CCF)

- Non-Conformity Management

- Manufacturing documentation and compliance requirements

Skills

- Valuable communication skills.

- Ability to handle and lead a team.

- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

- Ability to work in a quality-focused and regulated environment.

Language Proficiency

- English

- Hindi

- Telugu

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working in cleanroom/medical device manufacturing environments.

- Exposure to PTCA catheter balloon forming, balloon bonding, or related manufacturing activities will be an added advantage.
