POSITION’S OBJECTIVE:

To manage and execute PR operations and event coordination, ensuring the seamless implementation of PR plans, media outreach, and brand activations. This role focuses on executing media engagements, coordinating with agencies, managing brand events, tracking and reporting PR and event effectiveness, and monitoring media coverage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute PR plans, including media outreach, product placements, and press release distribution.
- Coordinate with PR agencies for day-to-day execution of media activities and coverage tracking.
- Manage media queries, product sourcing requests, and LinkedIn experts.
- Track, compile, and report PR coverage, including media mentions, influencer posts, and campaign reach.
- Manage brand events, from logistics and vendor coordination to on-ground execution.
- Ensure smooth execution of in-store and digital events, handling guest management and media invites.
- Prepare press kits, event collateral, and briefing documents for media and stakeholders.
- Monitor event performance, gather post-event feedback, and report key takeaways.

Years of Experience:





1 – 3 years of work experience in Public Relations and Events

Bachelor’s/Masters:

Graduate / PG in Journalism/ Mass communication

Knowledge & Skills:

- Understanding of PR operations, media outreach, and event execution.
- Knowledge of Brand Communication across digital, print, and traditional PR channels.
- Ability to adapt content for various PR formats, including press releases, media queries, and product placements.
- Execution-focused approach to securing media opportunities across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strong content development skills for PR materials, including press releases and media responses.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting for PR activities and event coordination.
- Critical thinking to align with brand PR objectives and adapt to evolving media trends.
- Robust interpersonal skills to coordinate with media, agencies, influencers, and internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective brand representation.
