Role Purpose:
The Executive – Finance (Non-CTC) is responsible for managing employee-related financial processes excluding payroll CTC, including travel and expense reimbursements, advances, vendor and consultant payments, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and internal financial controls. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, policy compliance, and effective coordination with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee travel and expense reimbursement claims in line with company policies.
- Resolve employee queries related to expenses and reimbursements within defined timelines.
- Ensure timely disbursement and monitoring of employee travel advances, imprest, and other advances.
- Monitor ageing of employee advances and ensure timely settlement.
- Manage foreign exchange (Forex) requirements of employees.
- Ensure timely settlement of employee and vendor advances.
- Responsible for booking and scrutiny of expense GLs in SAP.
- Ensure adequacy and accuracy of month-end provisions.
- Ensure regular employee, vendor, and bank reconciliations and timely closure of reconciliation items.
- Ensure timely accrual and disbursal of consultants’ salary and resolve related queries.
- Ensure statutory compliance with respect to GST and TDS.
- Perform GST reconciliations and support statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations for cross-border payments for goods and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments in different currencies across global locations.
- Prepare management reports and MIS as required from time to time.
- Ensure all payments are released strictly as per agreed payment terms.
- Ensure all Internal Financial Controls (IFC) are adhered to with no exceptions.
- Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules and closure of audit issues and queries.
- Work closely with business teams on implementation of new policies and processes.
- Strengthen, streamline, and automate processes within the responsibility area.
- Coordinate effectively with business users across locations and functions.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Strong understanding of employee expense, advance, and reimbursement processes
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, RBI, and FEMA regulations
- Robust analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ZOHO books will be an additional advantage
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Process-oriented mindset with focus on automation and controls
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations or Non-CTC roles
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
