Role Description The Executive Chef is a full-time, on-site role based in North west delhi, responsible for leading all kitchen operations. Daily tasks include planning menus, developing event-specific dishes, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring consistent quality and hygiene standards.

The Executive

Chef will manage kitchen staff schedules, train team members, and coordinate with event planners to align menus with client needs and budgets. The role also involves inventory control, vendor coordination, cost management, and adherence to food safety regulations.



This position requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak event periods.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in catering, hotel, or restaurant environments.
- Strong Skill In Inventory,SOP Planning.
- Executive Chef Will Handle 3 Restaurants
- Robust skills in menu planning, recipe development, and Indian and multi-cuisine preparation.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in cost control, portion management, and inventory and vendor management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, event coordinators, and suppliers.
- Capacity to perform in high-pressure, high-volume service settings and maintain quality standards.
- Culinary diploma or formal culinary training is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
