Role & responsibilities

1. Business & Data Analysis: Analyse business and operational data, identify trends and gaps, and prepare actionable insights and management reports for the Directors.
2. Dashboards & MIS: Develop and maintain management dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
3. Project Management: Handle and coordinate multiple business and strategic projects, including tracking timelines, deliverables, action points, and follow-ups with various departments.
4. Management Support: Prepare presentations, business reviews, analytical reports, and other management information required by the Directors for decision-making and review meetings.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate data, monitor project progress, ensure timely execution, and follow up on key business priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, with hands-on experience in preparing dashboards, MIS reports,



business reports, and presentations.
- Strong Business Analysis and Data Analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful business insights.
- Experience in project coordination and project management, including handling multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional follow-ups.
- 4 - 7 Years of relevant experience in Executive Assistance, Business Analysis, Management Reporting, Strategy, Project Management, or a similar role, with a solid combination of Executive Support + Business Analytics + Project Management experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management, handle confidential information, and manage multiple priorities.
- Candidates with experience in the electrical industry will be preferred
