Job Duties and Responsibilities: -
Team Development & Management
- Recruitment and developing the team
- Imparting product knowledge to the team
- Motivating the team to utilize maximum potential of individuals
- Recognizing team member’s basis their performance with awards and rewards.
- Minimizing/reducing the attrition rate
- Mentoring the team to achieve their career goals
Processes and Systems
- Adhering to companies’ policies
- Ensuring implementation of SOP and company guidelines
- Ensure timely claim submission and settlements
Submission of proposals:
- Analyzing consumer’s financial needs
- Assisting team/consumers to select the best plans as per their needs
- Handling customer’s queries (if any)
Ensuring timely login of proposals into the system with all the required documents.

Requirement: -
- Six days mandatory to understand the insurance sector and procure IRDA license
- People management skills
- Graduation degree
- Sales experience is a plus
Salary
- 3 Months will be the Probation Period.
- Post Probation Period Fix Salary: 30K, Incentive.
