Role Description The Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing on-site project execution, ensuring that infrastructure works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves coordinating construction activities, managing project teams and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.

The Execution

Manager will monitor progress, resolve execution challenges, review work plans and methods,



and align resources to meet project milestones. The role also includes collaborating with planning, design, procurement, and quality teams, preparing execution reports, and supporting continuous improvement of construction processes. The position requires proactive stakeholder communication, risk identification, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge in civil/infrastructure engineering, with experience in on-site execution of large EPC or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools, site coordination, and resource management for complex construction activities.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration at project sites.
- Sound understanding of safety standards, quality control procedures, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced qualifications in project management or construction management are an advantage.
- Prior experience with transportation, marine, metro, or industrial infrastructure projects, preferably with large contracting organizations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear execution plans, progress reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
