Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with experience in Interior Fit-Out and Turnkey Projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing design concepts,

preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Develop space planning and interior design concepts.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for design execution.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and timelines.
- Assist in material selection and technical approvals.




- Support project execution from design to handover.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D visualization software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Interior Fit-Out and Turnkey Projects.
- Knowledge of GFC drawings, BOQs, and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Preferred Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out/Turnkey Projects.
- Experience in commercial office, retail, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
